Beyond my studies, I have had the privilege of working with Manchester Carnival for two years as an Assistant Project Manager. This experience has been instrumental in building my confidence,interpersonal skills, and administrative abilities.I have also been fortunate to work alongside inspirational Black women who have become my role models, something we don’t often see in the events industry. They have shared their insights and knowledge, empowering me to help break down barriers in the field
