What’s On?

Youth Stage

The youth stage sees emerging artists from our Carnival X development programme perform. These young, emerging artistes are mentored and coached to perform to the high standards that Carnival goers expect. We fully expect to see these young people flying high in the future.

Visit the youth stage from 12-7pm each day, to listen to new DJs and artistes and maybe come away with something new yourself from giveaways and competitions both days.

King & Queen Show

The King and Queen Show returned after 17 years in 2023. This show involves Kings, Queens, Princes and Princesses taking part in parade troupes from Manchester, Yorkshire and the East midlands.

This year’s Kings and Queen’s Show is on Sunday 3rd August at the Contact Theatre, Manchester. Doors open at 4pm and it’s a ticket only event. You can purchase tickets for £8 for Adults and £4 for children from Lynn’s Grocery or Richies & Nickies Store.
